Power 4 America Training and Development Trust Fund - Account Backend

Power 4 America Training and Development Trust Fund required a highly customized solution to support their unique operational needs. We developed a fully original account backend designed specifically around their workflows, providing administrators, instructors, and employees with a powerful suite of integrated tools. The system includes a complete student development tracking platform with custom online testing, digital gradesheets, document storage, and automated PDF generation.

We also built a comprehensive inventory management system, along with advanced role management features that allow administrators to control access to specific tools and functionality. Employees and managers can use a custom timesheet and reimbursement application with built-in reporting capabilities, while administrators have access to additional custom reports, including payroll, daily activity, expense tracking, and more.

Instructors have access to a dedicated set of tools designed around their day-to-day responsibilities, including a custom instructor dashboard, gradesheets with inline editing capabilities, and course enrollment management. The result is a complete account backend that streamlines operations, improves data management, and provides each user group with the tools they need to efficiently manage their responsibilities.

Printing Packaging Production Workers of North America

We built the PPPWU website from the ground up as a complete web design and development project. We chose WordPress as the content management system because it provides flexibility and a wide range of plugins and customization options. In addition to creating the website, we designed the union’s logo, produced a dynamic interactive header, and developed a powerful custom plugin.

The site features a fully responsive, mobile-friendly custom WordPress theme tailored to the union’s needs. We also developed a custom printer search application that lets administrators update the online printer directory by uploading a simple Excel spreadsheet instead of manually editing records. We continue to provide website maintenance, including content updates, WordPress software updates, and custom plugin support.

I know that our database upgrades took a lot of changes as decisions were worked through by our committee, we appreciate all of your patience and flexibility. I just want to say thank you and give an example of how we used it today to improve the service to our Union Members.

I am sure you are aware of the wildfire impacting San Diego County. The new search fields make it VERY easy for us to search by zip code and find the 42 Flight Attendants that live within or nearby the evacuation areas. We are in the process of contacting these Flight Attendants to offer assistance. Without this latest database update we would have had to dig through excel files. This new process allows multiple people to access the data and we will be able to contact people quicker. Thanks again!
